It's back and better than ever! Come join us for the 2022 Midwest Woodcraft Gathering  on October 21-23 2022 hosted by Midwest Woodcraft in Forest City Illinois!

45$ per person 13 and up (12 and under free) There will be tons of great activities for all ages to participate in.. The fee includes a 10$ donation to Forest City Park, camping, use of all facilities, and participation in all activities outside of paid classes

Gate opens at 9 am Friday for Setting up camp and getting settled in!

(Camping available for Thursday night upon request- email kevin@midwestwoodcraft.net)

​

The event will begin at 1 p.m. with opening remarks from our host and our first challenge!

​

There will be access to potable water, restrooms, and handwashing stations on site. 

 

You are responsible to bring your own gear, chairs, and food.

​

This is car camping at its finest so you will be able to unload your gear at your site before parking. Fires at individual sites are allowed (please bring a water bucket for emergencies, which can be filled on site) some firewood is available on a first come first serve basis. you may process and burn any wood on the ground for your campfire.

​

Well-behaved dogs are welcome, please clean up after them and keep them controlled.  

 

**NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS PERMITTED**

​

The site is open to primitive camping only, (there is a state park within 5 miles with full Camper setups if needed) There are also hotels and shopping options all within 30 minutes of camp (Dollar general and gas stations within 10 min)
